Orders and payment

How do I place an order? Add cans to the cart, go to checkout, and pay with a credit card. Guest checkout is available.

What cards do you take? Visa, Mastercard, and other cards processed through our credit-card gateway. See the Payment Policy.

Can I change an order? Write immediately with the order number. Changes stop once the carton is packed or handed to a carrier. See the cancellation policy.

Shipping

Do you ship free? Eligible U.S. orders over $35 ship free. Under that threshold a shipping charge appears at checkout.

How long does it take? Most in-stock packs leave in 1–2 business days and arrive in about 3–7 business days inside the contiguous United States. Dates are estimates.

Do you ship internationally? Selected destinations may be offered at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Products

What do you sell? Canned still and sparkling water, less-sugar iced teas, soda-flavored sparkling water, and sparkling energy drinks in singles, 12-packs, and variety packs.

Are the cans recyclable? Aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable where local programs accept them. Follow your city’s rules.

Do teas and energy drinks contain caffeine? Many do. Read the product page for caffeine callouts before you buy.

Returns

Can I return a pack? Unopened, eligible items may be returned inside the window in the Refund & Returns Policy. Opened beverages and food-safety items are typically not returnable.

How do refunds arrive? After we inspect an approved return, refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the card issuer.

Account and privacy

Do I need an account? No. Guest checkout works. An account helps you see past orders.
