Payment tokens handled by our card processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, answer support mail, send transactional email (receipts, tracking), improve the storefront, and meet legal duties. Marketing mail is sent only where allowed; you can unsubscribe in the footer of those messages.

Sharing

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax, accounting, and dispute rules require. Support mail is kept long enough to finish a ticket and handle a later chargeback.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
