Payment Policy

Liquid DeathQ checkout on liquideath.xin is processed in U.S. dollars. This page covers accepted methods, authorization, failed charges, and refunds to the original card.

Accepted methods

We accept credit and debit cards through the credit-card gateway shown at checkout. The form collects card number, expiry, CVC, and billing ZIP. We do not take cash, checks, or in-store payments.

Authorization and capture

Placing an order authorizes the full amount, including shipping and tax when they apply. Capture usually follows when the order is confirmed. Your issuer may show a pending authorization before capture.

Failed and flagged payments

If a charge is declined we will not ship. Check the card, the billing ZIP, and available funds, then try again or use another card. Unusual orders may be held for a short review. We may cancel an order we cannot verify and reverse any authorization.

Pricing

Prices on product pages are in USD. When a listing already shows a sale, the struck regular price and the red sale price are what you pay. A sale can end without notice. Checkout is the final amount.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address. We do not add hidden payment surcharges on top of the gateway total.

Refunds to the card

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Timing after we submit the refund depends on the issuer, often several business days. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
