Shipping Policy

Pacific Tallboy Goods LLC ships Liquid DeathQ orders placed on liquideath.xin. This page covers processing, free-shipping thresholds, carriers, tracking, delays, address mistakes, and international fees.

Processing

In-stock packs are usually picked in 1–2 business days after payment clears. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not processing days. Preorder or restock notes on a product page override this timing.

Free shipping

Eligible orders to the contiguous United States with a merchandise total over $35 ship free. Below $35 a shipping charge is calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not cover duties, refused packages, or reships caused by an address error.

Carriers and tracking

We choose a common parcel carrier for canned beverages. A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. The first scan can lag. Split shipments may use more than one tracking number.

Delivery estimates

Most contiguous-U.S. cartons arrive about 3–7 business days after they leave. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and PO boxes — when offered — can take longer. Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak season, and carrier capacity can add time.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for a complete, deliverable address. If a carton is returned as undeliverable, we may refund product minus outbound shipping or reship after a new shipping charge. Contact [email protected] immediately if you typed the wrong address.

Refused and lost packages

A refused carton may be restocked if the cans come back unopened and in sellable condition. Lost-in-transit claims need the tracking record and a waiting period after the last scan. We review carrier traces before we replace or refund.

International

When international checkout is offered, the buyer pays customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local delivery fees. Liquid DeathQ does not control those charges and does not mark cartons as gifts to avoid them.
