These terms govern use of liquideath.xin and purchases from Pacific Tallboy Goods LLC trading as Liquid DeathQ. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the shop.

The shop

Liquid DeathQ sells canned beverages described on product pages. Images are illustrative. Flavor, pack count, and caffeine notes on the listing control what we ship. We may correct pricing or stock errors and cancel an affected order with a refund.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password on an account and for orders placed with it. Guest checkout is allowed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation or ship the carton. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, that we cannot stock, or that violate these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are USD. Sale prices shown on a listing are the current offer. Payment is due at checkout under the Payment Policy.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, risk of loss after carrier scan, and international fees follow the Shipping Policy. Returns follow the Refund & Returns Policy. Cancellations follow the cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, post unlawful content, or attempt to access other customers’ orders.

Intellectual property

Site copy, photographs, and layout belong to Pacific Tallboy Goods LLC or its licensors. Product names on listings describe the goods and are not a claim of affiliation with any similarly named brand.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pacific Tallboy Goods LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your state requires otherwise.
